She turned to look back at 2025 in a moment of deep contemplation.
In her mind she noted all the big events and forgot about the small ones.
It was easy to feel pulled into judgment or criticism…
“Did I do enough?”
“Am I good enough?”
“Can I really have what I want?”
“How do I heal this body?”
“How do I make more money?”
“Oh God, why did that happen? Could it happen again?”
She sits at her desk, with the beautiful crystal knobs and takes a sip of her tea in her pretty Christmas mug and wonders, “what am I missing? Am I doing it wrong?” She considers what the world around her is constantly telling her she can and can’t be, what she can and can’t have, but she knows she’s made for more.
She knows it in the core of her being….
But then doubt sneaks in, “I am just one person; how can I change the world?”
“What’s so special about me? Maybe I should just be happy with what I’ve got and not make a fuss and lay low, stay safe.”
As she stands at the threshold of a new year, she slowly takes inventory, she reflects on 2025 and has unanswered questions…
She jots down in her journal….
“If I am a creator here to create, what do I need to understand to feel completely alive, connected, enamored with my life and in a state of constant beautiful creation?”
