These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases through the website. The website and related sub-domains are owned wholly by Dragonfly Services.

1. Payment of Services and Products/ Acceptance of your Order/ Cancellation and No Show

Once you have chosen the product you wish to order, please proceed to the checkout and complete your payment. If you have chosen a free product or service, you will also need to complete the checkout (the price will show as zero). We must receive complete payment of the service or product chosen (plus delivery charges if applicable) before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of services or products you may order. We also reserve the right to refuse any order without given a reason. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and when it will be dispatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place on delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.

Cancellation and No Show:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, you must notify us by email and not later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. We will then do our best to reschedule or refund the payment within 30 days. No show or cancellation within 24 hours before your scheduled session incurs full payment.

2. Prices & Payment

Al our prices are set out on our website in US Dollars. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If delivery charges apply, they are displayed during the order process. All payments are processed through Paypal. You do not have to be a Paypal account to complete payment, please see here for further details.

In case you are based outside the US and cannot use Paypal and/or rely on paying by bank transfer, we request that you accept all charges incurred by international bank transfers.

3. Availability & Returns

If a product is not in stock or a service is not available, it will be clearly shown on our website. If products or services you order are not available, we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received payment for the unavailable products or services, we will refund it to you within 30 days of your order unless you agree to wait until the products or services are available again.

4. Refunds & Returns Policy


Refunds are available for any unused portion of credits and session packages. Refunds are not available for services rendered and sessions already completed. Refunds are made via original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Security Procedures

All purchases made through this site are processed through a Paypal certified secure server. All your details are stored on a secure server and are not revealed to any third parties.

6. Cookies:

Cookies are small files placed on your web-enabled device while browsing the internet which aim to improve your browsing and shopping experience with us. They remember certain information like your login details, and also measure site traffic to make our service as good as possible.

7. Tracking Data:

Tracking data includes information we, or others collect about you from cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, and mobile identifiers. Tracking data also includes email and name for the purpose of email reminders dispatched for abandoned cart response. You are free to unsubscribe from this service. This includes personal data you provide when you fill in the shopping cart form but did not complete purchase.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability/Disclaimer

Hypnotherapy is an educational and self-improvement process that facilitates access to a person’s internal resources to assist him/her in solving problems, increasing motivation, or altering behavior patterns to create positive change.

Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or psychotherapy. Meg Adamson does not practice medicine or psychotherapy and her services are not a replacement for counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical treatment. No service or product provided is intended to diagnose or treat any disease or illness, psychological or mental health condition.

10. Copyright

All rights, including copyright, trademarks, names and logos, audios and videos used in relation to this website are owned by or controlled for these purposes by us. Nothing in this Agreement confers on you any license or right under any of our trademarks, names or logos or those of any third party.

We reserve the right to issue legal proceedings against any companies or persons who copy any text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, button icons, trademarks, audios, videos or any part of this website. The content of this website is and remains the property of Dragonfly Services.

11. Validity

If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable it will not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your order and the formation of the contract will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Unites States Law.
