And we don’t even know it’s happening!
You see, our subconscious mind stores old beliefs from emotional circumstances that happened when we were younger and didn’t have an adult reasoning mind or resources. For example, my dad was always trying to inspire me to work harder, so I’d be a success at life, but what I heard was my grades were never good enough, so I never felt I was ever smart enough or good enough because he was never happy! Can you also hear the belief “to be successful you have to work really hard for it?”
That is, until I learned how to create new beliefs and make them stick! I tripled my business in just three weeks and I have a wait list of three months, consistently.
You see, our mind believes that anytime we “put ourselves out there”, we may experience that same level of criticism, and therefore pain. So, it sabotages us at every attempt. Sabotage can look like procrastination, lack of energy and drive, forgetfulness, a feeling that everything and everyone else is more important, it sounds like “what do I have to offer when so many others are better than I am” and so, our success goals come absolutely last, if at all…
